Objective:To assist the Facilities Director in overseeing the day-to-day management of the church, including facilities and security. This role will include building and managing a facility setup team..Personal Responsibilities:Maintain God-ordained priorities in your life by putting Jesus Christ first, your spouse second, your children third, and the ministry fourth.Give generously to the vision and mission of Crosspoint City Church.Be loyal to the vision and staff of Crosspoint City Church and always protect the church's unity.Invest and invite the lost to know Jesus and come to Crosspoint City Church.Maintain staff team covenant.Adhere to and embody the qualities and characteristics require of employees, as defined by the Employee Handbook.Primary Responsibilities:Assist the Facilities Director in overseeing general upkeep of the property, including, but not limited to, cleaning, repairs, special projects, landscaping, and exterior appearance.Assist in managing inventory of all buildings, grounds, and equipment owned by the chruch.Execute facility usage requests as assigned by the Facilities Director, ensuring all rooms are prepared as requested.Assist in managing the effective utilization of available storage space.Accountable for the development and spending of the Facilities portion of the Church budget.Help to manage the inventory systems for supplies and equipment as required.Assist in coordinating the Facilities and Security serve teams to provide support for gatherings and special functions/events.Recruit, prepare, equip, and encourage leaders on your team to align with Crosspoint's mission, values, and strategy.The position may require some travel locally.As required, attend staff and departmental meetings on timeParticipate in training as directedPerform additional duties as assigned.Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check and physicalAbility to learn schedules & systemsAbility to lead and assist others with construction, installation, maintenance, repair, and preparation/cleanup workAbility to perform non-routine and complex maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, fixtures, etc.Ability to operate various basic and complex hand and power tools, including calibrations and test equipmentMust be proficient in general constructionDoctrinal beliefs congruent with Crosspoint City ChurchPossess the ability to inspire, instruct, and encourage through effective communication in various settingsExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skillsCommitment to a team approach to ministryCollaboration and a team-oriented mindset are essentialAbility to be discreet in dealing with confidential matters and materialsAbility to interact with colleagues, supervisors, and members face-to-faceMust be able to read, write, and communicate in English effectivelyConfidentiality of personal and church information is essential
