Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Details: Job Location: Bentonville - Bentonville, AR 72712, Role and Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance for:

• HVAC and water filter replacement.
• Plumbing and lighting maintenance and minor repairs.
• Door hardware maintenance and repairs.
• And Vehicle maintenance.

Preserve facilities and grounds:

• Ensure the building's interior and exterior are well maintained.
• Perform minor construction tasks such as drywall repair and painting.
• Pressure washing of buildings and hardscapes.
• Blow off drives and walks.
• Remove snow across campus sidewalks and drives.
• Proactively inspect systems and equipment to identify potential issues before they cause service interruptions or require costly repairs.
• Assist the custodial staff when needed.

Performing other general tasks

• Move office and classroom furniture.
• Set up for internal and external events.
• Respond to daily maintenance requests.

Maintaining accurate records of facilities supplies, tools, and equipment; coordinate with the Facilities Manager to restock materials as needed.

Reporting safety concerns, including, but not limited to, facilities, students, faculty, staff, parents, and unknown individuals.

Attending meetings and training sessions as directed.

Performing any additional duties with the approval and direction of the Facilities Manager.
