You will handle carpentry, painting and patching, tile work, and other tasks, working independently while delivering high-quality service and collaborating on larger projects when needed. Qualifications

• 5+ years of carpentry experience.
• 3+ years of maintenance/handyman experience.
• 3+ years of paint and patch experience.

Responsibilities

Facilities technician: your role

Your day as a Facilities Technician begins as you take on a variety of maintenance and repair challenges across commercial properties. Whether you're welding a custom fix, installing tile, repairing sheetrock, or completing paint and patch work, you approach each task with precision and professionalism. You work independently, managing your assignments efficiently while ensuring every detail meets high standards. When larger projects arise, you collaborate with other skilled trades to execute complex repairs seamlessly. Throughout it all, you provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and reinforcing the company's reputation for quality.

What we need from you

• 5+ years of carpentry experience
• 3+ years of maintenance/handyman experience
• 3+ years of paint and patch experience

Preferred:

• Tile, flooring, and facility repair experience

Your hours as our facilities technician

This full-time onsite role operates Monday through Friday, with day and evening shifts available, on-call responsibilities and overtime opportunities available.
