The Aleut Corporation’s Aleut Real Estate division seeks a dedicated Facilities Technician in Anchorage, Alaska. The role ensures seamless operation and maintenance of all properties, including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems.
You will conduct regular property inspections, respond to repair requests promptly, perform general repairs, assist with renovations, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.

Status: Full – Time/Non-Exempt
Location: Anchorage, Alaska
JOB SUMMARY: The Facilities Technician of Aleut Real Estate (ARE) will ensure seamless operation and maintenance of all properties including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling and other building systems.
