Job summary

Arcosa Aggregates seeks a Facilities Tech for our San Tan Valley, AZ plant. You will repair, maintain, and inspect plant equipment, including crushers, conveyors, screens, and pumps, using welding and fabrication skills. Emphasis on safety, teamwork, and ongoing improvements drives daily work.

The role involves day shift Monday–Friday with possible overtime; candidates must possess welding experience and a valid AZ driver's license and be able to work in varied outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Welding experience is required.
• Valid AZ Driver's License with clean MVR.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Safety-sensitive work environment eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency repairs on plant equipment (crushers, conveyors, screens, pumps).
• Fabricate/repair components using welding and fabrication skills.
• Operate hand and power tools safely for maintenance tasks.
• Inspect machinery and document findings; report needs to prevent failures.
• Support plant operations and safety improvements, promoting efficiency.
