Qualifications

• One year of experience in comparable maintenance work.
• Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Report maintained.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance activities such as inspections, adjustments, and repairs.
• Delivers excellent service to Associates, patients, and visitors.
• Supports continuous operational readiness of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing equipment.
• Maintains documentation for all work within the computerized maintenance management system.
• Assists responses to emergent requests to minimize downtime.

Skills

Ability to provide and maintain required hand tools

Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

Proficiency with hand and power tools used in maintenance work

Ability to perform basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Graduate of applicable Trade School
