Job summary

Busch’s Inc. is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to keep our Michigan facilities in top condition across multiple stores. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems, and assist with remodeling and equipment installation.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in related industry, are mechanically adept, and can read schematics. The role offers a structured, team-oriented environment with on-call rotation and safety-focused

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Proven maintenance and repair skills; mechanical aptitude.
• OSHA 10 hour/First Aid CPR certification preferred.
• Experience with building systems and facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry per regulations.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and operate building systems across stores.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Assist with setup and remodeling of Busch’s facilities.
• Transport equipment to and from job sites.
• Respond to emergency situations on a rotating schedule.
