Job summary

Es Vedra Cinemas is seeking a Facilities Tech to maintain and enhance the audio-visual experience across our theaters. You will perform regular maintenance on arcade games, bowling equipment, and AV systems, ensuring safety and reliability while supporting event setups and general building upkeep.

You will troubleshoot issues, execute preventative maintenance, and keep detailed records. The role requires strong mechanical abilities and the ability to work with teams and guests in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Must have strong technical and mechanical abilities.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on arcade games.
• Ensure games and bowling equipment are functioning safely.
• Conduct routine checks on bowling lanes, pinsetters, ball returns, and scoring systems.
• Address technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Perform basic building maintenance (plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry) as needed.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot AV equipment for presentations and events.
• Assist with technical aspects of event preparation and execution.
• Follow safety protocols and comply with local codes.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.
• Keep detailed maintenance records and manage inventory of supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to support facility operations.
• Interact with guests professionally and address concerns promptly.
• Be prepared to respond quickly to emergencies.
• Other duties as assigned.
