Original X Productions is seeking a Facilities Team Lead for day-to-day maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of the venue and exhibits. The role coordinates repairs, vendor support, and general facilities needs, while troubleshooting issues onsite with technical partners.

• Maintain facility, exhibits, and operational areas and ensure proper functioning.
• Identify maintenance needs and perform basic repairs.
• Serve as onsite liaison with vendors to troubleshoot issues and coordinate repairs.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting of equipment and escalate complex issues.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely repairs and service requests.
• Delegate and prioritize maintenance tasks for timely completion.
• Complete daily and weekly facility inspections and maintenance checklists.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep venue and equipment in good condition.
• Monitor basic building systems and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, guest-ready environment for visitors and staff.
• Maintain restrooms and back-of-house areas to show standards.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and safety procedures followed.
• Maintain professional appearance in guest-facing areas.
• Coordinate with onsite security and partners for facility and safety needs.
