Job summary

NXP Semiconductors is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to operate, troubleshoot and maintain site facilities systems in a high-demand semiconductor environment.

Responsibilities include preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across multiple disciplines, with emphasis on safety and reliability. The role requires off-shift work, weekend and holiday coverage as needed, and coordination with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of semiconductor trades or industrial maintenance/construction experience.
• Requires physical ability to work in temperature extremes and labor-intensive assignments.
• Proficient in Maintenance Connection; able to respond to emergencies/outages as needed.
• Willing to work off-shift, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot site facilities systems and BAS automation.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across facilities disciplines.
• Coordinate with vendors, manage inspections, and assist in project start-ups and commissioning.
• Participate in emergency facilities activities and update operating procedures.
