Job summary

Bozeman Health is seeking a System Manager of Facilities to plan, manage, and oversee the facilities department, ensuring compliance with CMS, OSHA, CDC, FDA, NFPA and state/federal codes. The role collaborates with the Construction team on design coordination, permits, and project coordination to support future Physical Environment management needs.

You will lead safety initiatives, manage contracted services, and drive improvements to support a safe environment and excellent patient experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field with equivalent experience considered.
• Five years of experience in facilities and plant operations.
• One year of supervisor or team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities operations and long-range strategic planning.
• Coordinate and monitor department services and continuously improve performance.
• Ensure provision of services complies with all regulatory agencies and healthcare system requirements.
• Recommend equipment, materials, means and methods for maintenance and safety needs.
• Define project deliverables, timelines, budgets, and monitor progress.
• Lead, mentor, and develop staff while maintaining professional conduct.
