Job summary

HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Tech to support hospital operations by maintaining building systems and hospital equipment to ensure patient comfort and safety.

You will perform routine maintenance, preventive tasks, and address on-demand requests, using hand and power tools, basic computer skills, and mechanical knowledge across plumbing, blueprint reading, steam/heat generation, and general maintenance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Mechanical aptitude with plumbing, blueprint reading, steam/heat generation or general maintenance.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, computer, test instruments, telephone, fax and 2-way radio.

Job Summary And Qualifications

As a Facility System Specialist in our Hospital, you will support the mission of our hospital by optimizing the quality of life of our patients. Your duties will include (but not limited to):

• You will perform general routine maintenance and servicing operations to maintain the hospital equipment and building in accordance with applicable codes, laws, and accreditation standards.
• You will be responsible for preventive maintenance and daily non-scheduled work requests.

Position Requirements

• 1-3 years' experience
• Basic computer skills
• Have good mechanical aptitude with supportive technical knowledge in one or more of the following areas: plumbing, blueprint reading, steam and heat generation, and general maintenance.
• Must be able to use Hand Tools, Power Tools, Computer, Test Instruments, Telephone, Fax, and 2-way radio
