Cates Control Systems, Inc. is seeking a dependable Facilities Support Technician to help keep our Plano and Wylie manufacturing facilities running smoothly. You will work on a variety of daily tasks, support production, maintain facilities, move materials, stock supplies, and assist multiple departments.

This is a hands-on role that keeps employees equipped and productive. You will be involved in Lean/5S efforts, safety, and facility improvements, with opportunities for growth within a stable,

Qualifications

• Dependable and ready to work with a hands-on approach.
• Organized with attention to detail and capable of working independently.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools in a facilities setting.
• Able to support multiple departments and keep areas clean and safe.

Responsibilities

• Keep production, warehouse, office, and common areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Refill shop supplies, deliver tools and materials, and maintain organized supply stations.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, staging, and moving materials and equipment.
