Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
• Ability to perform physical work including lifting and pushing equipment.
• Comfortable around spills, loud noises, and large crowds.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to facility service calls and complete cleaning and support tasks.
• Clean and maintain floors, restrooms, common areas, entrances, and public spaces.
• Operate commercial cleaning equipment such as riding scrubbers, carpet extractors, riding vacuums, and related tools.
• Remove trash, replenish supplies, and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the facility.
• Address spills, cleanup requests, and unexpected facility needs in a timely manner.
• Follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals, equipment, and waste materials.
• Work effectively in high-traffic areas with large crowds and frequent public interaction.
• Assist with event, operational, or facility support activities as needed.
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or maintenance needs to supervisors.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide reliable attendance.
