Job summary

URBN in Gap, Pennsylvania is seeking a Facilities Support Technician to help keep our facility clean, safe, and well organized. You will work with operations and maintenance teams to support daily cleanliness and assist with upkeep, with a schedule of Wednesday through Saturday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, reliable attendance, and strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable attendance with flexibility for overtime as needed.
• Ability to expand responsibilities and grow within the maintenance department over time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of common areas, including floors, walkways, stairs, and employee spaces.
• Operate cleaning equipment (e.g., floor sweepers, scrubbers) as needed.
• Clean and restock facility supplies (trash receptacles, paper products, soap, sanitizers).
• Support upkeep of employee areas such as lockers, timeclocks, and break spaces.
• Partner with internal teams and external housekeeping vendors to ensure facility standards are met.
• Assist Maintenance team during scheduled shutdowns and special projects.
• Take on additional tasks and cross-training opportunities to support team and departmental growth.
