Job summary

You will perform custodial duties, support facility activities, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and security requirements.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 0–2 years of related experience, with the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, facilities support, or related experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, conference rooms, laboratories, manufacturing areas, restrooms, cafeterias, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain floors, surfaces, and equipment.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste per procedures.
• Restock restroom and facility supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness in secure and controlled-access areas following security requirements.
• Operate custodial equipment (vacuums, floor scrubbers, buffers).
• Assist with meeting setups, audits, inspections, and events.
• Monitor janitorial supply inventory and request replenishment.
