Position Details

This role offers a pay range of $40.00/hr - $45.00/hr. The position requires the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech, with US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventative and reactive maintenance on facilities equipment and grounds.
• Perform limited preventative and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections of fire safety systems, facility, and grounds.
• Perform basic carpentry and maintenance of the facility's physical structure.
• Coordinate with vendors on contracted work.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on electrical, plumbing, walls, and floors.
• Utilize ladders and lifts safely.
• Understand applicable health and safety regulations such as NFPA, DOT, ANSI, OSHA.
• Possess proficient computer skills, including MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or 2 years post-secondary/associate degree with 0-2 years of experience.
• Capable of developing job knowledge and skills.
• Preferred: experience with facility and equipment CMMS (e.g., Faciliworks), OSHA, NFPA, EPA credentials, HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical certifications.
