We're revolutionizing education for elite student-athletes, compressing academics into two focused hours using cutting-edge AI, creating four additional hours daily for world-class sports training and real-world skill development. As Facilities Support Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone of our Austin campus. Your domain spans technology infrastructure, safety protocols, vendor relationships, and facilities management. Your execution excellence will directly impact every student-athlete's journey, ensuring seamless transitions between learning and training while giving coaches and families complete confidence in our operations.
What You Will Be Doing
- Orchestrate comprehensive campus operations including transportation logistics, equipment management, and facilities oversight
- Administer and maintain student technology ecosystem, serve as on-site Google Admin, and provide rapid technical issue resolution
- Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols, from regular drills to emergency response procedures
- Serve as the central point of contact for parents, coaches, vendors, and staff, delivering exceptional service standards
- Coordinate internal events, facilitate new hire integration, and drive continuous improvement of the student-athlete experience

Facilities Support Coordinator Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain operational excellence across Texas Sports Academy's Austin campus, creating an environment where safety, efficiency, and seamless execution enable our student-athletes to maximize their potential and deliver complete confidence to our stakeholder community.
Basic Requirements
- Proven track record managing multifaceted operations in high-performance environments such as education institutions, athletic organizations, or event management
- Demonstrated technical proficiency with IT systems, including experience administering devices, managing user accounts, and troubleshooting technology issues
- Exceptional communication capabilities that build credibility and trust with demanding families, diverse staff, and performance-focused coaches
- Superior personal accountability, time management discipline, and solution-oriented problem-solving approach
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship; commitment to full-time on-site presence in Austin, TX
Nice-to-have Requirements
- 3+ years leadership experience in operations or logistics management
- Google Admin certification or equivalent practical experience
- Professional history within educational institutions or athletic program environments
- Demonstrated success in elevating stakeholder satisfaction metrics through operational excellence initiatives

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
