Job summary

SpaceX in Bastrop, Texas is seeking a Supervisor, Facilities (Starlink) to lead the Starlink Production Facility's operations, including HVAC, janitorial, and maintenance, ensuring zero unplanned interruptions.

You will manage a team, coordinate with vendors, and drive continuous improvement while working a split shift to support 8:00 AM–8:00 PM schedules. A background in construction or facilities maintenance with leadership is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• 4+ years in construction or facilities maintenance.
• 1+ years in leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities operations (janitorial, landscaping, HVAC, septic, water, etc.) to ensure no unplanned interruptions.
• Improve area safety and efficiency through audits and continuous improvement.
• Manage third-party service providers to meet standards and contracts.
• Plan and execute site improvement projects aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee maintenance of buildings, HVAC, septic, water infrastructure, and grounds.
• Coach and develop facilities team including HVAC and electrical technicians.
• Prioritize tasks to drive department efficiency.
