Job summary

ProCaps Laboratories is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and coordinate upgrades across the plant. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring safe, reliable operation of facility systems.

Responsibilities include directing staff, managing contractors, and utilizing CMMS to track work orders and inventory. Strong HVAC knowledge and safety focus are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 5 years of related supervisory experience.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing with facility and contractor management.
• HVAC knowledge required; ability to forecast, analyze, and improve facility systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities staff and coordinate with all departments.
• Schedule and supervise machine repair/maintenance.
• Oversee contractor and vendor services.
• Use CMMS to schedule and document preventive maintenance.
• Maintain records and provide training opportunities.
