Marshall Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations at our skilled nursing facility. You will manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and lead maintenance staff to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory maintenance experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience with building maintenance and repairs.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general facility systems.

Responsabilités
