Job summary

Topgolf is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to support venue maintenance operations, oversee equipment and system upkeep, and help build a strong facilities team. You will mentor staff, assist with hiring and scheduling, and ensure safety and budget standards are met.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, supervisory background, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high‑volume hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in building maintenance, equipment repair, and facilities systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Facilities Manager in the day-to-day operation of the Maintenance Department.
• Monitor equipment and systems throughout the venue and manage spare parts and supplies.
• Lead and develop Facilities team members, including hiring, scheduling and onboarding.
• Control department budgets and ensure safety, health, and environmental policies are followed.
