Job summary

Community Healthcare Network (CHN) is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to lead custodial staff at CHN facilities. You will supervise, schedule, inspect, and train staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

You will assist in hiring and coordinate with outside contractors to ensure compliance with funding and regulations. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of related supervisory experience, and a valid driver’s license with a clean

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or satisfactory equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ related work and supervisory experience.
• Current driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial staff by verbal and written instructions in compliance with CHN guidelines.
• Schedule work activities and adjust workloads to compensate for absences and changing priorities.
• Inspect work and direct corrective measures to ensure quality of service.
• Train staff in proper methods and equipment use for safe, efficient performance.
• Assist in hiring qualified employees and participate in interviews.
• Oversee outside contractors and ensure compliance with regulations.
