Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Supervisor in Olive Branch, MS to lead maintenance and safety in a fast-paced data center environment. You will supervise facilities technicians, manage vendor relations, and coordinate repairs with a focus on reliability and efficiency.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and hands-on skills, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, safety compliance, and lifecycle improvements across the facility footprint.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Forklift Certified
• Ability to use powered tools safely.
• Working knowledge of basic construction tools.
• Demonstrates good safety practices.
• Ability to manage vendors.
• Working knowledge of general facilities.
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures/policies to determine appropriate action.
• Communication skills.
• Delegation skills.
• Organization skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Project Management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes daily work of Facilities Techs.
• Supervises local projects as needed.
• Advises manager of expenditures.
• Interacts daily with subordinates and peer groups.
• Provides direct supervision to professional staff.
• Typically supervises 2 or more direct reports.
• Performs basic to moderately complex repairs of equipment, including electrical.
• Supports facilities emergencies.
• Uses a computer for simple functions.

• Supports local facilities emergency needs, 24/7
• Prioritizes daily work of Facilities Techs.
• Supervises local projects as needed.
• Advises manager of expenditures.

• Provides direct supervision to professional individual contributors and/or skilled or semi-skilled nonexempt employees.
• Typically supervises 2 or more direct reports.
• Performs basic to moderately complex repairs of equipment, including electrical.
• Support facilities emergencies.
• Use a computer for simple functions.
