City of Sun Prairie is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead building maintenance staff, forecast workload, and oversee energy performance projects. The role reports to the Public Works Director and emphasizes climate action and utility reduction efforts.

Candidates should have a relevant degree and HVAC/mechanical/maintenance experience, with a valid Wisconsin driver’s license. The position offers comprehensive Wisconsin benefits and a competitive salary.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, project management, business administration, or related field or equivalent.
• Between four to six years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or maintenance.
• Must possess a valid Wisconsin Driver’s License.

Responsabilidades

• Forecast resource and workload needs using system data and report on financial trends and operational effectiveness.
• Lead projects related to high-performance and energy-efficient buildings and energy efficiency improvements.
• Support implementation of the City’s Climate Action Plan and manage facilities management plan to reduce environmental impacts.
