Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Facilities Supervisor at the NCH North Naples Hospital site in Naples, FL. The role requires supervising on-site facilities operations, coordinating a small team, and ensuring reliable shift coverage on any shift.

Full-time, with pay range of $18–$21 per hour. Benefits and a comprehensive support package are included. Previous supervisory experience is preferred and a commitment to a safe work environment is expected.

What You’ll Do:As a Facilities Supervisorat Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You may work in any type of facilities location on client premises.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide supervision at the direction of management on site to coordinate activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in facilities operations or services at either larger complex facilities or locations in the areas of commercial, health care, schools, universities or other establishments.
• Coordinate and support, at the direction of management, key functions and between 3 and 10 employees during the normal course of business.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

• 1 or more years of related work experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
