Nelnet, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily operations and maintenance of the workplace, ensuring a safe, organized, and professional environment. You will supervise a team, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with vendors to address facility needs across Nelnet properties.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and collaboration with internal teams. A 4-year degree is preferred and prior supervisory experience in facilities is valued.

Key Responsibilities

Pay Range for this role is $70,000 to $75,000, depending on experience.

Physical Requirements

Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and maintain reliable transportation. Traveling to Nelnet properties within and outside of Lincoln will be required. Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. May be required to work overtime based on business needs.
