Sodexo is seeking a Facilities Supervisor for UNC Health Care—Hillsborough Campus. The role involves supervising on-site facilities operations, coordinating 3–10 employees, and ensuring a safe, efficient workplace.

Expect afternoon/evening shifts, with some weekends/holidays, on a full-time schedule with a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of related experience and supervisory background, plus a team-oriented, reliable mindset.

You may work in any type of facilities location on client premises.Responsibilities include:Provide supervision at the direction of management on site to coordinate activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in facilities operations or services at either larger complex facilities or locations in the areas of commercial, health care, schools, universities or other establishments.Coordinate and support, at the direction of management, key functions and between 3 and 10 employees during the normal course of business.Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularityOther duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.What You Bring:Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.1 or more years of related work experience.
