Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Facilities Supervisor for on-site work at Phoenix Children’s Women & Children Pavilion. You will supervise facilities operations teams, coordinate key functions, and support management to meet client requirements across diverse locations.

The role involves afternoon/evening shifts and rotating weekends. The position requires 1+ year of related experience with supervisory skills and a commitment to a safe, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related work experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise 3–10 employees.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and able to maintain a healthy/safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision at the direction of management on site to coordinate activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in facilities operations or services.
• Coordinate and support between 3 and 10 employees during the normal course of business.
• Attend work and show up on time for scheduled shifts.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts depending on business needs.

Workdays/shifts : Afternoon/evenings - varying days, and rotating weekends. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $24.00 per hour - $24.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:

As a Facilities Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You may work in any type of facilities location on client premises.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide supervision at the direction of management on site to coordinate activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in facilities operations or services at either larger complex facilities or locations in the areas of commercial, health care, schools, universities or other establishments.
• Coordinate and support, at the direction of management, key functions and between 3 and 10 employees during the normal course of business.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
