• Minimum two (2) years budget process experience.
• Experience with automated CMMS systems.

Qualifications

• Associates in Facility Management OR related license (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC) OR 3 years direct facilities/machining experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years budget process experience.
• Must have the ability to generate written communication and to operate required office equipment financial results analysis, advanced statistics.
• Ability to read and review written communication.
• Good speech and hearing abilities for clear communication in English.
• Experience with automated CMMS systems.
• Experience in Lean manufacturing preferred.
• Must be able to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
