Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in facilities, maintenance, engineering, manufacturing, or distribution operations.
• Experience leading frontline employees in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Associate degree or technical equivalent preferred.

Clear Lake, IA | Night Shift (Sun–Thurs) Shift: Night Shift - start time varies 3:30-5:30PM Current Need

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance and janitorial team members.
• Oversee facility maintenance, automation equipment, conveyors, sortation systems, and material handling equipment.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, DEA, DOT, and facility safety requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience in facilities, maintenance, engineering, manufacturing, or distribution operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of PLCs, warehouse control systems, and industrial automation equipment.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and building systems.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS platforms.
• Education Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Working Conditions

• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call support as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in an industrial distribution environment.
