Facilities Suite and Elastomer Maintenance Mechanic II-III

This position is a full-time, contract role supporting a pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Portsmouth, NH. The technician will operate and perform daily checks on maintenance equipment and assist higher-level mechanics with repairs, following SOPs. This is an advanced level position requiring routine and complex troubleshooting skills.

Must Haves:

• HS Diploma/Equivalent
• Ability to utilize hand tools
• Ability to read complex mechanical drawings
• Basic computer skills
• Understanding of SOPs
• Shop math skills
• Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing systems
• Maintain maintenance areas in audit-ready condition
• Maintain current training and knowledge of elastomer programs
• Use CMMS to document activities
• Manage spare parts policies and procedures
• Apply quality systems like DMS and Trackwise
