Job summary

Uline is seeking a Facilities Specialist for its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You’ll help ensure our buildings are clean, functional, and visually appealing workspaces on site.

Responsibilities include maintenance tasks, event setup, modular workstation installations and collaboration with other facilities teams. Requires 3+ years in building maintenance and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; on-site role with strong safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in general building maintenance, custodial, construction or carpentry.
• Understanding of OSHA required PPE and safety practices.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on drywall patching, painting, doors, locks and restrooms.
• Setup and tear down events.
• Install, reconfigure and repair modular workstations and office setups.
• Install interior artwork.
• Assist other Facilities teams as needed.
