Navigant Credit Union is seeking a Facilities Specialist to manage interior and exterior maintenance across multiple locations in Rhode Island. You will perform custodial duties, upkeep, and support for Records Retention with a focus on safety and efficiency.
The role includes event setup, supply management, and liaison with a 3rd party vendor for records destruction; occasional travel between branches is required.

Under general supervision and following established policies and procedures, the Facilities Specialist is responsible for the interior and exterior maintenance of all Credit Union facilities. Responsible for performing a variety of custodial, facilities, courier and clerical duties on an on-going basis. Assists in maintaining the credit union's Records Retention and Destruction program. Duties may include but are not limited to: cleaning branches, trash removal, purchase of cleaning/maintenance supplies, schedule on-going and contracted maintenance, snow removal, minor construction or handyperson related tasks. Responsible for completion of assigned errands and tasks per requests or on authorized schedules.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) education required.
