Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking a Facilities Specialist to oversee the maintenance and operation of our HQ and satellite territories. The role emphasizes customer service and collaboration with the People Support team, vendors, and facilities personnel across territories.

The ideal candidate will handle front desk duties, coordinate meetings, manage supplies, and assist with events and logistics while helping maintain a welcoming office environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of facilities and equipment at HQ and satellite territories.
• Front desk administration to greet guests and direct interviews.
• Greet guests and assist with offer process for HQ interviews.
• Organizes mail, deliveries, and dry cleaning; coordinates with vendors.
• Supports events and coordinates vendor meetings; assists with fleet tasks.

POSITION SUMMARY:The role is multifaceted and requires adaptation and flexibility.
