Job summary

Maximum Comfort Pool & Spa in Eagle-Vail, CO is seeking a Facilities & Special Construction Technician for a full-time, year‑round role. You will maintain MCPS buildings, facilities, and grounds, ensuring systems are functional and repairs are completed on schedule, while also handling small construction projects in electrical, plumbing, masonry, or carpentry.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 2+ years construction or facilities engineering experience.
• Pool and Spa experience preferred.
• Valid and insurable driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Exits, walkways & doorway clear of obstructions, snow & ice removal.
• Exterior paint and signage is in well maintained and functional condition.
• All heating and cooling systems are well maintained.
• Any roof leaks are addressed in short order.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Parking lot is sealed, striped and in good condition.
• Lawn and underground sprinkler systems are well manicured and maintained.
• Showrooms and remodels are overseen and executed.
• On an as needed basis, small construction projects completion may include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and tile work.
