Job summary

United States Courts is seeking a Space and Facilities Project Manager in Denver to coordinate day-to-day building operations, space planning and design, and project management for the Tenth Circuit. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of related experience.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, performing technical reviews, and leading project efforts across court facilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in interior design, project management, architecture, or a similar discipline.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills; superior oral and written communication and customer service.
Thorough knowledge of project management concepts including development, facility planning, architectural concepts, and design.
Ability to read and interpret specifications, procedures, and governmental regulations; manage budgetary and financial aspects.
Proficient with AutoCAD, SketchUp, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, databases, and word processing systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day building operations and address facilities-related issues.
Oversee space planning and design activities, including furniture specification.
Conduct technical reviews and assist in financial management planning for projects.
Lead or support project management efforts for assigned initiatives within the US Courts for the Tenth Circuit.
