Job summary

Nightwing seeks a dynamic Facilities Site Lead to manage two Sterling-based project facilities. You will oversee maintenance, security, space planning, and vendor relationships, leading a small team to keep operations compliant, safe, and mission-ready.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on facilities leadership, experience with mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, and a track record of proactive maintenance and cost-effective planning. TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading facilities operations and teams.
• Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of facility operations including maintenance, security, space planning, and vendor management.
• Lead a team of 2-3 Facilities Technicians in the execution of all facilities operations and maintenance tasks.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance tasks and ensure completion by vendors and staff.
• Oversee and coordinate facilities upgrade projects to ensure timely delivery of functional spaces.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (OSHA, EPA).
• Lead site-level emergency preparedness, business continuity, and risk mitigation planning.
