Job summary

EssilorLuxottica in Youngstown, OH, is seeking a Facilities Service Technician to maintain a clean and safe environment across production and office spaces. You will perform cleaning, restocking, and basic maintenance tasks while supporting production teams and upholding health and safety standards.

Experience not required; on-the-job training is provided within a global leader in ophthalmic lenses, frames, and sunglasses. This full-time role includes benefits and on-site work in Ohio.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Verbal communication able to coordinate with associates.
• Written communication to record basic information (forms, messages).
• Reading ability to understand basic instructions (lists, notes, labels).

Responsibilities

• Empties all trash cans from production and office areas.
• Dusts all furniture and fixture surfaces and vacuums carpets; uses floor scrubber in non-carpeted areas.
• Cleans restrooms and break rooms with appropriate products to standards.
• Restocks supplies; mops restroom and break room floors.
• Cleans windows and blinds.
• Maintains facility grounds, including trash removal and minor repairs.
• Assists in maintaining cleanliness of production areas.
