Job Summary

Oversees, coordinates, plans, and directs the daily operations of Facilities Services technicians across all trades. Responsibilities include managing projects related to mechanical, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, energy management, building controls, and utility systems. Ensures the effective delivery of services and maintains compliance with all applicable maintenance standards and regulatory requirements.

Education & Experience

Education and Experience Required: High school diploma/GED and two (2) years of facilities experience.

Certifications, Licenses or Registration Required

Valid Driver's License Required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems; Knowledge of healthcare regulatory organizations; Excellent leadership and communications skills; Interpersonal skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment; Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems.
