Jockey in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Facilities Services helper to support the Building Services department. Primary duties include morning coffee service, mailroom tasks, and as needed back-up coverage for Café, Reception, Shipping & Receiving, Copy Center, Messenger and light housekeeping.

The role requires a High School degree, ability to stand for long periods, and at least 1 year of office experience. Office skills and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualificações

• High School Degree or equivalent required.
• About one year of general office experience.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• MS Office skills desired or willing to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Cafeteria: prepare coffee each morning and support during absences; help with catering deliveries.
• Mailroom: assist interoffice mail distribution and mailroom tasks.
• Shipping and Receiving: receive, send, and deliver packages at the corporate office.
• Reception: cover breaks; greet visitors and answer calls.
• Copy Center: provide copy center support as needed.
• Messenger: assist with off-site errands to local locations.
• Housekeeping: back-up support to Lead Housekeeping in evenings.
