Job summary

Jockey is seeking a Facilities Services team member based in Kenosha, WI. The role supports the Building Services department with coffee service each morning and as a relief technician across mailroom, café, reception, shipping & receiving, copy center, messenger, and housekeeping tasks.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and some office experience, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of general office experience is desired.
• Good organization and interpersonal skills are needed.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Cafeteria: Prepare coffee each morning and support during team absences; assist with catering orders.
• Mailroom: Assist with interoffice mail distribution and mailroom functions.
• Shipping and Receiving: Receive, send, and deliver packages at the corporate office.
• Reception: Relieve the Receptionist during breaks and vacations; greet visitors and answer calls.
• Copy Center: Provide copy center support as needed.
• Messenger: Assist with off-site errands to local locations as needed.
• Housekeeping: Back-up to Lead Housekeeping (evenings) as needed.
