Our capabilities include IT and technology solutions, document processing and administrative support, marketing and communications, billing and AP/AR services, records and information governance, workflow automation, consulting and hospitality and facilities services.Our Mission:Our mission is to provide modernized technology platforms, elevated technology support, and valuable insights, empowering our clients to excel in what they do best.Job DescriptionA Facilities Service Specialist provides various administrative support services to our clients which may include office moves, conference room setups, and miscellaneous facilities-related tasks.Location: Philadelphia, PAPay: 22-25hrEssential Job Responsibilities:Performs office related duties including office moves, replicating appearance in new location; set up of new offices with supplies, ensuring all equipment is functional, and office is presentable; departures, removal of all files delivering them to appropriate personnel, packaging of personal items, and ensuring office is presentable for next occupantSets up conference rooms, meeting special client requirements, including correct table set up, tables are clean, lighting / shading is functional, and room is presentablePerforms facilities related duties including picture hanging, small furniture set up, assembly of furniture and other special needs as requiredPerforms basic housekeeping tasks including tool cleaning, desk sanitization, sweeping, refrigerator cleaning and countertop cleansing.Due to the cyclical nature of the industry team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the firmProvide prompt response to requests and issues from facility occupantsParticipate in and document/report regular facilities inspections of:Wall paint and wall covering conditionsCarpet and floor covering conditionsInterior lightingRips, stains, gashes, mars or other damageLightbulbs or lighting elements to be replacedConduct intra-office moves, involving contract moversProvide escort services to external vendorsQualifications:High School Diploma or GED2+ years’ work experience in a facilities related fieldBasic PC skills and the ability to navigate Microsoft Office and standard task management software.Ability to communicate using a 2-way radio or similar device for internal department communicationsBe personable, articulate, knowledgeable and professional in presenting oneself when engaging with firm administrator and/or end users in scheduling or providing facility support servicesAbility to multitask with attention to detailStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsAble to work independently with minimal direct supervisionAbility to lift or move 40 lbs. or greaterAbility to grasp, lift or carry items on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 100 lbsAbility to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended periodThe Compensation range for this role is 22.00 to 25.00 USD per hour.
