It means being part of a brand that you can be proud of!Position Overview:The Facilities Service Manager performs skilled maintenance and repairs to club facilities and equipment in trade areas such as fitness club equipment, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting or carpentry. As well as manages a team of Maintenance Technicians.A successful candidate will have at least +7 years of maintenance experience and +3 years as a supervisor. Familiarity with fitness equipment (strength and cardio) is a plus (but not required)! We are looking for a highly collaborative team player who demonstrates the ability to add strategic value to the team. Anticipated responsibilities outlined below. You will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the company and will work closely with the Facilities Manager as well as other cross-functional team members.Responsibilities:· Responsible to keep all Easy Mile Fitness locations within their respective region operating at 100% capacity by coordinating and overseeing all facilities and maintenance issues.· Manage up to (4) gyms· Manage up to (4) Facilities Technicians· Manages the ordering, tracking, and maintaining of parts and supplies.· Manage trade partner relationships· Oversee routine and preventative repairs, inspections and maintenance in other skilled trades including but not limited to fitness equipment, tanning beds, Hydromassage beds including all electronic tracking, building automation systems, card access systems, repair of electrical devices, water leaks, install plumbing fixtures, appliance repair, drywall repair and painting and various other R&M tasks associated with operation of a commercial property.· Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in a clean and safe conditions.· Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs.· Support on-call or emergency response situations.· Other projects and tasks to be assigned.Qualifications:· Demonstrates drive and initiative to anticipate, identify, solve, and follow-through on problems and the ability to act independently to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.· Adaptable and must work successfully in a team environment, building and maintaining effective working relationships with a diverse group of contributors internally and externally.· Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.· Possess the ability to interpret maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams and other documents and to safely operate all company equipment.
