Job summary

Service 1st Federal Credit Union in Pennsylvania seeks a facilities maintenance professional to safeguard and optimize branch and office environments. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, manage vendors, and coordinate courier and fleet services to support daily operations and security.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years in facilities operations, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

  • Three to five years of facilities maintenance experience.
  • A high school education or GED.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Valid state driver's license required.
  • Ability to work a schedule with flexible hours, including nights and weekend hours.
  • General knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems; reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and perform preventive and corrective maintenance for facilities, equipment and grounds.
  • Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring contract compliance.
  • Investigate and resolve facility-related issues promptly.
  • Provide courier and delivery services between branches and the post office.
  • Maintain inventory and distribution of facility maintenance supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain fleet vehicles and related records.
  • Assist with special events preparation and setup.
  • Support facility development projects under CAO direction.
  • Ensure OSHA and safety regulations compliance.
