Job summary

Robert-Giacomini-Dairy-Inc is seeking a diligent custodian to maintain a clean and safe environment for staff and guests. The role reports to the Culinary Director/Executive Chef and is non-exempt, typically hourly, with responsibilities spanning sanitation, laundry, and facility upkeep.

The ideal candidate will be thorough, organized, and able to manage supplies while supporting event setups and general operations across kitchens, breakrooms, offices, and outdoor spaces.

Qualifications

• No special education is necessary for this position.
• English proficiency is necessary to communicate with co-workers and understand directives from management.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitizes all designated areas (bathrooms, kitchen, breakrooms, offices, etc.), including floors, surfaces, windows, mirrors, and dishes and outdoor signage.
• Empties trash.
• Maintains organization and inventory of cleaning and paper supplies.
• Washes, dries and folds laundry.
• Maintains organized pantry, storage and refrigerator spaces.
• Cleaning and upkeep of kitchen equipment, including ice maker and soft serve machine.
• Cleans, sets up/breaks down patio furniture for guests.
• Sets and clears tables for event, when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
