Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Facilities Sanitation Manager to oversee sanitation operations across all facilities. This role focuses on implementing robust sanitation programs, leading a team of sanitation staff, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations to protect employees and operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sanitation management, knowledge of cleaning chemicals and infection control, and a proven ability to train staff and manage budgets

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sanitation management or a supervisory role within facilities management or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning chemicals, sanitation techniques, and infection control principles.
• Experience in developing and implementing sanitation protocols and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sanitation policies and procedures for all facilities.
• Manage, train, and supervise a team of sanitation workers, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure compliance with all local, national, and industry-specific health and safety regulations.
• Oversee the procurement, inventory management, and proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the effectiveness of sanitation programs and identify areas for improvement.
• Investigate and resolve any sanitation-related issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
