Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor to ensure safety and cleanliness in the club. The role will work the opposite schedule of the Facility Operations Manager and act as Manager on Duty when needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining building grounds, safety conditions, and performing repairs and routine maintenance to keep equipment functional. You must be adaptable to Life Time's needs and schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 3–4 years facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to operate basic machinery and tools.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the cleanliness of building and the grounds at all times
• Ensures all conditions in the facility are safe
• Conducts general repairs
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment is working
• Participates in safety training and safety inspections
