Job summary

Seven Days Jobs is seeking a Safety & Maintenance Officer to oversee the CCS building, grounds and equipment, including routine repairs, preventive maintenance scheduling, fire safety and security. Reports to the Director of Operations.

The role emphasizes safety and accessibility compliance with OSHA and ADA regulations; you will coordinate inspections, maintenance tasks, and work with vendors while maintaining records and logs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and ADA regulations.
• Experience with preventive and routine maintenance.
• Ability to perform minor electrical and building repairs.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors and manage maintenance records.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of property and buildings.
• Develop and prioritize repair schedule; maintain logs.
• Coordinate annual state vehicle inspections and maintenance for CCS vans.
• Maintain fire extinguishers and oversee fire safety drills.
• Ensure accessibility compliance and oversee elevator operation.
