Econolite is seeking a Manager, Corporate Facilities to oversee maintenance, safety, and environmental compliance across Anaheim and San Diego facilities. You will plan and enforce ISO-9000 and regulatory programs, manage budgets, and coordinate with outside vendors to ensure safe, compliant operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree or 10 years of experience, strong communication skills, and travel up to 25% to support site activities within Southern California.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, manage and control maintenance activities for Anaheim and San Diego facilities.
• Plan, implement, manage and control safety, fire and environment compliance programs.
• Assure that official standards and regulations are in place and followed.
• Coordinate safety and hygiene programs and supervise facilities staff.
• Collaborate on ISO-9000 program and regulatory surveillance, reporting and compliance.
• Coordinate construction, remodeling, and layout adjustments; notify VP of Operations when permits are needed.
• Develop preventative maintenance programs and manage external vendors within budget.
• Travel up to 25% or as needed for business operations.
